We welcome any comments and suggestions you may have about our Practice. However occasionally patient’s may feel unhappy regarding aspects of the Practice, and may wish to raise a complaint. If you wish to do so please complete the message box, and send it to us. The Practice Manager will then contact you, and advise you of our practice complaint’s procedure.
Please note if you are complaining on behalf of one of our patient’s we will require a signed letter from that person authorising you to complain on their behalf. This is to ensure that we have their permission to discuss this complaint with you, as this may involve further discussion of their confidential medical records. This ensures that the Practice is not breaching the patient’s rights of confidentiality.
